        I usually order a bacon double cheese burger. Sometimes they put unwanted extras in and say thats what it comes with and make out I should have said plain - then another time when I specifically ask for it plain they say it comes plain anyway. Which is it officially?

        Ordered vegan nuggets, they gave me chicken ones. Were rude when I corrected them, but couldn't really eat the chicken ones. Remade them (with a bit of convincing) and gave the now hopefully vegan nuggets, but they were not given in the vegan bag, they didn't give sauce (normally them giving a vegan sauce helps identify it). Quite sure they're vegan nuggets, but can't be too sure.

        Waited a very long time, ordered online and there were definitely a fair few people who came, ordered and received their food in the time we were waiting for our food that we had already ordered. Dietary restrictions: Vegan
