        Unable to pack the dips requested where some items go hand in hand with the dip. 80% of orders miss the dips so quality control is poor. It does spoil the meal when we consistently dont get what we ordered. Id recommend going to the horsforth branch who seem better able to pack properly.

        Drive Thru unavailable at time I went which was around midnight so had to go inside to order which was annoying and there was a lack or urgency from stuff to get orders ready.
