    Do not order from here they say next day delivery thats not true they use hermes and they also dont deliver on time,ordered wed for thurs delivery to house they did not turn up till sat morning, just be aware and customer service here is rubbish took then 5 days to answer my email and then there not interested, if i could put 0 stars i would

    once they have your money, all customer service goes out of the window. Post sales, warranty claims etc is a shambles. AVOID

    UNRELIABLE, EXPENSIVE AND EXTREMELEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Purchased a dryer in 2016, failed 2018. Contacted GHD who said out of guarantee. Fortunatley had purchased it at JL who give a 2 year guarantee on electrical products. Returned it in person to JL who parceled it up and sent it back to GHD for replacement/repair. GHD then contacted us saying unit is out of guarantee! Explained to extremeley objectional lady in GHD Customer Service (who would not give a name) that it had a 2 year guarantee. 'We only give a one year guarantee, take it up with JL'. Attempted to explain that we had taken it up with JL and it was them that had returned it to GHD, to no avail. Had the unit returned and took it to JL explaining the situation. JL immediately replaced the unit. Mean while we had purchased (from JL) a competitors dryer that was a fraction of the price, more powerful and had a 5 year guarantee!
