BRO Electrical are on another level. We recently had a two-storey, wrap-around extension completed and BRO Electrical were contracted by our builder. So we weren't aware of them prior to the job but I have to say I wish I had been because we would have used them for all our previous jobs! Tom and his team were absolutely amazing. Their concern for detail was so reassuring and overhearing some of their conversations it's obvious that they really do love their work. Their mission was clearly not just to complete the long list of tasks but to meet their own expectations in level of quality, make sure they were done smartly and with consideration for any future work. Everything was planned and discussed upfront by BRO and us together and we were consulted on almost every decision so there were no surprises at the end of the job. The only surprise would have been if something had gone wrong! Aside from all this, the extra work we asked them to do was reasonably priced and they were an absolute pleasure to have around. I recently said it was like having family or friends you trusted do the work. I work from home a lot so it was awesome to have the friendly faces and chat.
