I highly discourage doing business with SafeGuard Armor or their sister company SafeGuard Clothing. At the time of my purchase, they did not label their refurbished products properly and made them seem new; they also came with a short 1-year warranty instead of an industry-standard 5-year warranty. When I reached out via email to cancel my order, they ignored me and shipped the product anyway. When I reached out again via email to get a refund, they ignored me. When I called, the representative said she was only able to accept new orders and could not process refunds. I shipped the unwanted product back and had to file a fraud claim via PayPal's resolution center, and they lied to PayPal and still refused to give me my money back. Luckily, I had overwhelming evidence of their wrongdoing and PayPal forcefully reversed the transaction. If you plan on buying from them anyway, expect to be ignored if something ever goes wrong and you need customer service.
