Classic Cleaners in Armley have lost my Moncler coat that I recently bought brand new costing over 800.
There has been no apology from the owner or the staff and despite me providing the ticket when I went to collect it the owner has since then repeatedly suggested that I have had something to do with the fact that they can't find it - the owner has more or less accused me of stealing my own coat.
After 8 days of looking for it the owner has paid me however he insisted that he was legally entitled to deduct 140 for 'wear & tear' even though it was in like new condition.
You can tell how good a company is by how they handle a situation when something goes wrong. Following my experience I couldn't possibly recommend this company to anyone.
