The very first time I had my test at this centre. The guy who was my examiner was very intimidating. He wasn't smiling at all. My second examiner, Lisa, was very helpful. She welcomed me with a bright smile, and that boosted my confidence from the start. My test ended up a great success. Some of those examiners who are very intimidating should also adopt this style and try to interact with their students to boost their confidence. If you keep to the style of friendliness and interaction, students would be glad to take their test at your centre rather than chasing them away with an intimidating approach. Thank you Lisa for been friendly.
