Waited on hold for best part of an hour to order a repeat prescription only to be told by some smug sounding old bint that I would have to go into the surgery to order it. When I said that if I went in would I just be asking her face to face to do the same thing I was asking her to do now she said yes. Hahaha and she sounded really pleased about it.

When youve asked for an emergency appointment you should be asked why for starters instead I was told no got no appointments call tomorrow, couldnt even get a work in edge ways could tell she wanted to get off the phone, get proper staff that care about people to work there as the people on reception that work there now dont care about patients at all.
