        Don't know what's happened to the service lately but new doctors, unable to get a prescription without an appointment and unable to get appointment!!?? Just told to call back or ring 111. My previous 5 star review is now 1 due to the bad service now given. Complaint raised with NHS England

        Visited 4 times this year and each appointment very poor experience. Issues are never acknowledged and seems no real resolution to help. On 2 appointments I've just been given a leaflet and sent on my way after being told I have an issue, which is concerning. My last appointment with the doctor left me feeling very upset and uncomfortable from how patronising and rude the doctor was. After this experience I will not be using this surgery again.
