My husband and I visited the surgery this morning and were met with a very friendly receptionist. He was very helpful, polite and took his time with us, not just us but the lady before us. Thank you Charlie & Vicky

Never do the prescriptions when you need them, don't notify you if you need to see the doctor to get your prescription. I'm disabled and been left several times in pain and agony refusing to do pain medication until I've been seen by a doctor and have to wait until next day to be seen. I've had to have 111 phone doctors several times to get them to do my prescription its very unprofessional and I'm changing surgery as soon as possible

Medical staff great its just a drama to see them. Both myself and the doctor asked for a double appointment. Front desk gave a single. Had to finish the appointment over the phone with rhe doctor in our free time. Horrendous service. Change times on you at a drop of a hat.
