        This morning was the first time I visited this surgery and couldn't believe the way the nursing staff spoke to each other about me were i could over hear everything they saying all because i was 10 minutes early ihave been on their books for 8years and never been before i am sorry I am having to write this but I went home feeling very upset about the whole experience
