        This review is regarding only the receptionist at this practice. I have never before had a doctors receptionist so polite and respectful, helpful and competent. It really makes all the difference. Ive never written a review before but, it was so refreshing to have someone who didnt make me feel as though I were being nuisance or make things far more complicated than they need be, that I wanted to recognise her work.

        The reception was clean and tidy but there is a awful buzzing coming from the lights which was so annoying and I was only there for 15 mins The staff was very good behind reception but I was very unhappy with the doctor I saw because he was the type who wanted to talk but not listen so I will wait to see Dr iwantshack up at Beeston hill
