        I'm only giving 2stars because the surgery not reception staff are so inconsiderate recently 3rd time now I've had to take time off to wait for medication i need and for some reason it takes them 10 hours to sign and electronically send a prescription. They don't realise how that can mess with people's heads couldn't fault Emily( support worker) and certain reception staff(I don't know all to say) but why why do they keep letting it happen I start a complaint procedure and that gets forgotten or lost. Not this time I've lost a3days pay now
