This place was absolutely appalling. I would've rated it a minus but that isn't possible. The doctor made us wait 15 extra minutes from my confirmed appointment. And Dr Ling is undoubtedly one of the worst doctors I've ever seen; she was rude and aggressive with her movements on my sore arm for a couple of minutes which clearly needed a gentle approach. She also called my older sister "fatty"a couple years back even though it was only about my sister having a cold.

As a NHS professional , I think that was very poor service. Not the best experience, same issues every time . Waited aweek for appointment and was told that they cant do any tests due to wrong booking from receptionist. I m sorry but thats twice now . Have to wait another two weeks now . Great job .

I have been with this surgery for many years. The receptionists are always super polite and efficient. The doctors are very attentive and caring and professional. They have helped me through many illnesses with speed and referrals to the relevant clinics. I have never had a problem contacting them. Appointments are arranged easily. I would, and have recommended this surgery to many relatives and friends. For anyone wanting a great caring practice I highly highly recommend Roundhay Road Surgery. All through the pandemic, their services were continued with the same caring, speed and efficiency as before the pandemic. Im forever grateful to the whole staff for everything they have done for me.
