        If you want to spend 45mins waiting to get through only to be told that they don't do face to face appointments (how else am I gonna get my ear looked at????) then yes go ahead and use this place! When I called last Friday I was told sorry no appointments but at no point did they offer me the extended access appointments that are meant to be used - when I mentioned these I was told to call back at 4pm that day only to be told sorry nothing left. Absolutely useless, avoid!

        Literally never get simple requests correct, fing nightmare, always end up leaving me without whats required. Waste of time.

        Ive had doctors here whod completely ignore my problems, but also those who had actually helped me. Walk-in may take a lot of time to see a doctor but you can actually see one on the day. Would recommend 4/5
