Reception staff are always polite and helpful (within surgery constraints). Nurse are lovely and give top quality care. Loads of appointments available. Doctor(s).... what are they? Impossible to get an appointment unless you can ring between 0800 and 0801... otherwise it advises to ring 111 or go to A & E. Since Dr Ali retired it is a joke.

Level of care recently had plummeted. Since a new team of Doctors has taken over they don't read notes, don't prep for appointments & constantly make basic errors. Pity as the Admin & Nursing team try really hard but are let down by the Doctors themselves.

The staff at this practice are fantastic - friendly and polite. They do try and help even though they have run out of appointments. The problem is you can call at 0801 and not get an appointment.

It's dangerous. I had a serious issue happen to me and at each stage of diagnosis you have to ring up at 8am and essentially fight other patients to get seen to. I've been sent for the wrong tests and when you query the situation - guess what - you have to ring back up again. She even asked me to ring up on days in which doctors aren't even in. After each test the whole thing almost needs to be triaged again without any follow up or proactivity from the doctor There's a new receptionist which is incredibly rude and is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Said receptionist had told me my results had come back all fine, but when I asked for a copy because I didn't believe her it turns out they were not fine at all - an ultrasound was needed. Then when querying the next stage of diagnosis - guess what - you have to ring back up. So there's this ongoing project management of having to press the surgery to continue with diagnosis and this spoon on reception basically being the arbiter of whether you can even do that. The irony is that the doctor talks to you with urgency and seriousness in making sure you get this test done and that thing sorted but after they send you for the incorrect tests setting you back weeks there's no recourse to correct it other than asking this 50IQ smooth-brain for permission. It's an utter shambles. No proactivity whatsoever and I'll be absolutely moving surgery as soon as possible. So in short, there's absolutely no proactivity, you have to manage your own care, you have to guess how the process works to ensure you get what you need, you will be greeted with hostility, lack of professionalism and even worse than all of that utter lack of qualification to perform their duty and every step of diagnosis is treated like a brand new triage event. It will end up costing lives, I have no doubt about that.
