        Absolute joke, rang for the past 2 mornings for an appointment sat waiting from 8am till 8.40am in the queue finally got through to be told no appointments. Shame I had to give it a 1 star but couldn't go any lower.

        When is this surgery going to train their receptionists to be professional and deal with patients appropriately !!! Rang today to ask if they had being trying to contact my husband got a receptionist who answered with one word answers and then went completely silent obviously doing something else and not listening ! So rude !
