Dr. Thomas P Fox - Colton Mill Medical Centre

I cant fault the service at all. Particularly over the last 2 years before my cancer was discovered, I would call up for an appointment and was seen on the same day following a call back from one of the doctors. Any time Ive needed to see a GP, Ive seen one. If Ive had any issues or needed to order something related to prescription which may require the clerk or a clinician to review it, its been dealt with same day or as soon as possible afterwards. There really isnt anything I would change about the way this practice runs and now that Im receiving cancer treatment, theyre even more attentive, wanting to keep updated regularly and always available at the end of the phone when I need to speak to them (granted, I may have to schedule a time for them to ring me back to talk if its a doctor).

Nightmare to get an appointment for anything at this surgery! Even walked in to book one but they won't accept it, have to call at 8am when everyone is calling and waste more than an hour to sometimes not even get through. Horrible service with no care at all for patients.

Always can see a Doctor when i need too, very happy with the care i haved received from all the Doctors , nursing staff and the clerical staff , Very Good Doctors surgery been registered here now 15 years .

Reception staff lacking in compassion or empathy and frankly rude. 15 minute call waiting time. Would never choose to use this surgery.

I've continuously had poor treatment from the staff at this doctors. One doctor didnt know how to use the weighing scales?!? Prescriptions gone wrong several times due to digital system and the way the reception speak to me is'nt what you'd expect from a compassionate practice. Appointment letters rarely turn up. I've spoken in confidence to the manager about these issues only to be given a bankrupt apology.
