This is a really nice GP. Drs, nurses and reception staff are all very helpful and patient. It can be busy trying to get an appointment in the morning (what GP doesn't have this issue at the moment...) but I've always managed to get an appointment on the same day as calling.

Absolutely shocking! Called 3 days in a row to be told no appointments for a 1 year old baby. Told its half day for training. They cant manage the amount of appointments the have but they can close half days? 0 care for patients wellbeing.

I've been registered at this surgery since I was a child and never had a problem whatsoever. But if you were wondering about bureaucracy in the NHS listen to this. I'm a combat veteran who now works in the private sector and for my work I need a medical once a year or so you have to pay for it yourself but it's not a lot normally about 80 or double that if you go to a private clinic again is as expected. I rang up and spoke to a lovely lady who advised me I'd have to speak to the secretary who'll remain nameless. So I did now bear in mind this woman has zero medical training or knowledge she told me SHE would have to see the form before she would give it to the GP like she'd understand anything written on it anyway, then she'd make the appointment as if she's some sort of gatekeeper, THEN she told me its 250. When I told her it's about 160 at a private clinic she replied with a mouthful of food "well go there then" in a very condescending and patronising tone. This is exactly why the NHS cannot be trusted because middle aged women like to play "doctors" it's exactly why I pay for private healthcare when your own doctor's surgery is gatekeeping medical service and charging almost double what private clinics are for routine evaluations. I think you need to look at yourselves. Sad little people

Good GP`s, profesional, willing to listen and follow up and test results; reception is a joke (to put it very light), rood, unprofesional, not even introducing themselfs, giving and atittude over the phone. having to wait for 20-30 minutes to get an answer and at the first hello it hangs up - after another 20 minutes was told need to call tomorrow as is on the day appoitment (but they can book 1-2 week appotiment for vaccines non-covid) when informed i was told to call by the GP they informed me if it is urgent go to a walk-in or call 999 (again with an atitudine) the booking system is a joke - WE ARE ALL WORKING we can not run the day by their mood; one of the nurses giving a bit atitude when having to drop off some samples; COVID has tooken peoples mind and souls.
