Placed an order on Uber eats. Restaurant accepted the order but never delivered, called the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Also never received a refund either

Ordered a dozen cupcakes , 30 for what looked like 12 fairy cakes / buns with a swirl of cream on top ( not even covered the bun ) a child could have done it. Once money was sent didn't get any confirmation, pictures were requested of so called cupcakes but none materialised. No communication after payment was made. Wouldnt recommend or order again , very dissappointing, we're sent as a surprise gift to someone, I was so embarrassed when they sent me a pic of what they received. Should have just gone to the supermarket and bought some nice cupcakes for half the price

I've just ordered from here for the first time and the lotus biscoff cookie dough is amazing, its buy one for one free on user eats at the minute. The kinder bueno crepe was very nice too according to my daughter. Great service and it's good to find a local company doing deserts.
