Sweet Tooth Dessert Kitchen

My girlfriend and I received our food 2hrs after ordering, food was STONE cold and the ice cream melted, they forgot one of the items , we rang and they said it would be with us ASAP, it never came. Awful.

Had my delivery a lovely driver came a couple of minutes late and told me the milkshake machine had broke. Asked me to do a refund through Ubereats where I ordered from I did this as requested. 30 mins later a knock at the door the milkshake machine back up and running and they delivered them :) Fantastic service

Ring and told me driver car has broke down which I understand is out of there hand to be then told it would be another hour for delivery, thing someone is having a laugh. Then was told it be half an hour but the driver has 2 ordered before me. Don't think it will be half an hour

I ordered my food at around 9 , it didnt come till after 11pm of which time I was literally sitting up falling asleep . The original order time was pushed back after it was already supposed to be here and that added on literally an extra hour and it still didnt get delivered before the new delivery time I did try ringing to cancel my order however it went straight to answer phone consistently for 2 hours so their phone was switched off .such a shame because the food is lovely but the poor customer services seriously let it down this time for me :( I appreciate that is may of been busy but theirs no excuse for not being contactable when your delivering a service .
