Feel like we've been conned out of our money. We paid our deposit and are still no closer to having a website complete - there was very little guidance through the "process" - if you can call it that. A temporary landing page was not even set up to show visitors that the website was under construction - Visitors Could See Unedited Content - talk about embarrassing! Fastest response we've seen was when we threatened legal action and even then, response has been poor.

Approached Allus as a referral from a friend for a web design for AGT. For the past 7 months communication and quality of work has been poor. Lack of creative input & customer service. A 275 as a deposit was made back in September and to have only receive 2 mockups of a proposed home page in that space of time is totally unacceptable. Despite highlighting our dissatisfaction in the level of service Matthew doesn't seem to have the courtesy to reply to attempted forms of contact. Taking him to court to retrieve money spent thus far very upsetting as freelancers should not be like this !

Matthew from Allus Creative was great with helping us with our logo, branding and website. We are a new photography company and wanted a classy looking logo to go with a website to enable us to showcase our work professionally. Allus Creative helped us do this. Matthew was always easy to contact and discuss ideas with and came back with some great examples for us to choose from. We are really happy with our finished logo and website and have gained work from it, so it was definitely worth the investment.
