Arrogant, dismissive, rude staff. Tossed the receipt across the counter towards me, 'here is your receipt', and then handed me the bag with the label of the item in the bag hanging out. Awful.

My wife bought a Christmas jumper with a lovely black Star on the chest with a polar neck. Once home she decided to return it for a refund as polar neck irritated her. So 3 days after purchase the item was returned and 98 was supposed to go back on bank card. Now 5 days later she has no pullover and no refund I see the payment went out immediately but as l have experienced with The White Company they do not like to return it.
