Dewsbury Road Dental Practice

This dental practice has gone severely down hill since it was taken over. Dont get me wrong, its clean and they have spent a fair amount of money refurbishing the place and it looks lovely. However, the new receptionist lacks common sense, customer service skills and professionalism. She is rude, always on her personal phone and has no idea what she is doing. She isnt helpful either . I was on hold for over 1 hour this morning. I was caller number 1 for around 40 minutes of the 1 hour wait. Totally unacceptable and never had these issues with the previous owners. The dentists I have seen have been lovely but they seems to be on a constant carousel and every time Ive been its been someone new. Doesnt look great if the dentists are changing that frequently. Why do they all leave? If youre looking for a dentist, I wouldnt recommend this one right now. Its needs some improvement.

Highly recommended, great staff all very friendly, I am one of those people that don't like visits to the dentist, but to be honest they do put you at ease, I visited the hygienist and she was lovely, and explained correct brushing and interdental brushes to use.

I was referred to this practice via 111, a phobia of dentists kept me from going for years and I was extremely nervous. I've seen some not so great reviews but I can tell you from the experience of someone with extreme anxiety that the staff and dentist totally put me at ease, she is very calm, reassuring and kind and thanks to her I no longer have a fear of dentists. It's made me wish I went sooner and didn't let myself suffer so much. I couldn't be happier with the work she's done, I can finally enjoy food again and i don't hate my smile anymore. This practice has gone above and beyond despite services being pushed to capacity and I appreciate and highly recommend them.
