Practice has a bibbit of cancelling appointments at the last minute. My children have been unable to see a dentist now for over a year. 3 cancellations in a row.

After previously had negative issues with the dentist it really has improved 100%. Dr Tufan clearly cares about his role as a dentist and makes the whole process a positive experience. He has managed to undo alot of what had been major issues with my teeth and been really helpful, caring and professional every step of the way. Thanks to Dr Tufa for being such a true person and a fabulous dentist. Would not want anyone else to be my dentist. Thanks to all the staff at lady pit lane truly appreciate you all and the hard work that you do.

Horrible customer service and handling of appointments. Last year, we had an appointment, we were late 6 minutes... they took us off the list after a year of trying to find a dentist surgery to get us registered due to covid, we have 2 babies and sometimes its hard to manage time, at the end of the day we are human. Even though we were in the middle of a root canal treatment, they just said whocares about that, u r late 5-6 minutes, u r off. However when i go there and we wait 10 mins for our appointment and we say nothing, thats ok! Disgrace. plus they always cancel appointments and when try to rebook, i hardly can't get through to rebook. Horrible place but unfortunately i cant go private right now and never go to that sorry surgery!!
