Excellent work by Barbie. She did some complicated bridge work and cosmetic tidying of teeth. To say Im delighted with the result is an understatement. I just wish Id had this done years ago! Highly recommend.

What used to be a family friendly NHS dentist has changed into a business that cares about money more than healthcare. I arrived at my appointment and the reception was busy so I waited whilst members of staff signed people up to "payment plans" and phone calls were taken. I allowed some older folks to jump in front of me in the queue and signed in for my appointment later because of this. Instead of people apologising for my wait I got told that I was late for my appointment and Sarah Bowels would no longer see me. I was the only person in the waiting room at the time and she sent her receptionist to do the dirty work. Didn't even give me the opportunity to explain that I had been waiting at reception for some people to set up payment plans for 15 minutes. They offered me another appointment but what's the point when they treat their patients like this? I was just trying to be a decent human being by letting people who might not be able to stand for as long go in front of me in the queue. I'm lucky now that I've found another dentist that seem less rude and more accommodating to NHS patients. Such a shame 36 years of being at a dentist has to end like that, there was no need.

Just like to thank Sahana Acharya who made me feel at ease today and perfectly went through everything step by step to make sure I was comfortable in my treatment Has a nervous person at the dentist I literaly feel that this dental practice is outstanding in how they treat patients and make you feel relaxed My smile is back on my face due to how my dentist has perfectly fixed my tooth Thankyou so much Brilliant dental practice and before you even see the dentist you are greeted by the lovely welcoming receptionist
