My daughter and I had appointments today, our first visit. We were in room 2 and the dentist and nurse were absolutely brilliant. Put us both at ease, really friendly. Won't be dreading our visit to the dentist next time

They do not allow you to go into appointment rooms with your children so you cant see whats happening behind closed doors, despite all of that the waiting time is ridiculous they are always running late & see you after your appointment time then to top that she will have a quick glance of your teeth then say all done. Also I mentioned during my sisters appointment why didnt they clean or polish her teeth in the past few years of attending but they just passed of false information stating that nhs dont do that no more however thats not the start of the hypocrisy yet they have a poster advertising free polishing with every consultation. Furthermore me being me I rang my doctors and the 111 directly to ask them and they both said that is wrong and they should have cleaned my siblings teeth and polished them. This dentist will only treat you if your a paying customer I guess which is totally unfair and discriminatory I have been a registered patient for 20 years and Ive got to the realisation its just better to go somewhere else.

The service & the dentist is by far the most worst and ignorant practice in all of leeds, its a mockery and should be shut down I no longer believe they are even qualified dentists. I was attending this practice and every appointment I ever attended lasted around 30 seconds they never treated any of the problems I had with my teeth and would end the meeting with thanks your good to go when really you are not! I have had cavaties and broken tooth and tatar issues that they unfortunately failed to acknowledge. Its a total waste of time I've faced this experience with the same dentist over the previous 10 years of attending also everyone in my home also agrees as they have faced the same mockery these dentists get paid for nothing would never recommend this practice to anyone ever truly devastated and disappointed. I have addressed the issue many times but they are too ignorant to even resolve the issue.
