        I would have given no stars, if possible. Paid this company an amount in March 2023 and they have still not sent this to HMRC. Terrible service and I am still showing I owe this amount.

        Also run under the name LCS. British Gas keeps trying to collect fees for the period before I moved to the property. After multiple chats and their reassurances that it will stop they have now forwarded the unpaid fees by previous tenant (or agency) to LCS who started an investigation. After following instructions in the letter stating that I'm not responsible for this, the agent named Dom was extremely rude. No explanations, no apologies, one sentence replies. He told me he will stop the letters. They better do because I'm sick of this harassment.
