Got a bit lost and ended up in the wrong car park. Signs could have been better but no que, people were friendly and helpful.

Destroyed Parcel because they couldn't find the delivery address. Thieves. Avoid. Use DPD or even Evri instead, never had an issue with either of them.

Absolutely horrendous service. I was to receive an urgent delivery & was supposed to receive it on the 16th of March. On 2 seperate days, the app kept showing that "Out for delivery" all day till suddenly late at night, it said 'attempted delivery' but failed as there was noone at home. Which was an absolute lie as I was at home the entire 2 days, waiting for the delivery. On yet another 3rd day it was 'Out for delivery' the whole day till about 1.30am the next morning when it suddenly reappeared to their depot.. In none of the 'failed attempt to deliver' did they leave the card that they were supposed to.. So in effect, they were lying through their teeth.. I can understand not being to deliver everything on time.. that happens.. it's the dishonesty that upsets me a lot.. will never use them again..

Cristian turned up early but didnt bother to actually deliver the parcel. Obviously cant tell the time either as online tracking shows he tried to deliver the parcel 20 minutes after I found the card in the door.
