        Pathetic service . They are a cheat. I booked two bags . One they have broken in transit and one they have lost. They have stopped picking up the phone as well. every time you send a mail they have raised a claim . I am frustrated with their service. They are a cheat also they don't respect the customer. No response it's been a month now
