        The old woman who works on the desk is not only unhelpful but rude too . On two occasions I've walked out having had to deal with this woman . The other staff are great and are aware of the behaviour of this one member of staff. She needs sacking

        The reason I have given them no stars is because them social workers do not do their jobs properly at all what so ever. They steal innocent children who are loved and think it is ok. They need to get their heads out of the sand and do their work properly or better still get better training. Staff downstairs in customer services are fantastic and I wud have put 5 stars.
