      • Keep Calm & Love Dinosaurs

        A horrible, oppressive place. Totally unsuitable for people with autism. You go in with a query and are made to wait for long periods, are treated badly, have overzealous security glaring at you. and when you finally get a slot, you are redirected to another department. To say it has "bad service" is an understatement!

        Occupied by one of the worst councils in England. They have absolute contempt for residents and commuters with all the roadworks they give permission for. Every single road in and out of Leeds is affected without warning or reasons given. These roadworks are never-ending. Theyre pretty quick at gathering council tax only. Ridiculous!

        I have a lease hold flat. The lease hold team and lease hold finance team never answer the phone or reply to simple emails. I have being trying to get in contact for nearly 12 months now, calling 2-3 times a week every week. It's a joke
