Constantly harrass our staff at work. They pull up outside with a "getaway" driver while another individual runs round our car park taking as many pictures of our cars as possible before jumping back into the "getaway" car before we can challenge them. You are 'invited' to pay these fines issued . Don't. They are issued because you have parked 'without permit or authority'. Most of our staff have both but certainly have the authority irrespective. Complete scam artists bordering on harrassment breaching data protection laws by applying for car owner data to the DVLA they are not entitled to.

Went to Toby carvery for a drink, staff there didn't tell us we needed to register our vehicles upon entry, so received a ticket from this firm, ridiculous when we are paying customers

An absolute disgrace of a company. I recieved a parking charge notice from one of their carparks through the post claiming that I left the site on foot despite having spent money in the shops there. They have no photographic evidence of the incident (merely a description of me which could be anyone) and when I appealed the charge they simply ignored everything I'd said and rejected it. Plus their phone lines are open 11-1pm?? What kind of joke is this??! *UPDATE* I have since contacted the company who own the site who have had the fine cancelled - worth a try if youve had the same experience!
