Your service disgusted me. We are loyal BT customers. But look what you've done to us. 43 days without proper WiFi while I'm full time remote worker. You cancelled the Engineer visit multiple times and left us with empty promise. After so many days delay, you told us you still can't install our WiFi due to OpenReach strike. You could have told us much earlier and we will switch to someone else. After 43 days waiting, we switched to Virgin and it's only 2 days waiting. Your cost center manager promised us the minihub won't be disconnected until end of this week. Guess what. It's ceased on Thursday morning without warning! Phoned the cost centre and been told there is nothing you can do. Then what I had today is an accident on the way to Library to get WiFi and in the end been sent to A&E. Good on you. I AM DONE WITH BT!!!!!
