        If I could give 0 I would, I have been on the electoral roll for about 2years now. I have updated my address since early last year. To this day the credit report doesn't show this. I have tried to message ukconsumer email address and for the last 2months and counting I have yet to receive a response. When you email them it says they will respond within 6weeks. It's almost 3months now from emails I've sent in 2022.

        I would give 0 stars if this was possible. I've never heard of this company until I went to order something from a credit account I have had for years only to be rejected so I called & they informed me that transunion had put something on my credit file so I'm unable to use that account. Surely this is a data breach on their part. I have tried to call & not surprisingly can't get in touch
