        Friendly staff, very helpful. A fast and fair service. Great organisation and excells in its mission statement far better than the large financial institutions. Thanks to the staff of LCCU for organising my loan so quickly.

        I've always found the staff to be charming and very helpful. Some staff understandably aren't as knowledgeable on all aspects of banking as you might find in a for profit commercial bank. But you have to keep in mind that they don't get the same level of training or more importantly the same size pay checks as staff at a commercial branch. So maybe all these people giving one star reviews are forgetting this fact and being as rude in person as many of them are in their poor reviews.
