I used to be a home care worker if I had been like these carers I'd have been sacked. 4 different carers in as many days, no change of gloves for different cares, mum put at risk from falling downstairs. 2 refused to come in because of our lovely friendly dogs. These are just a few issues obviously not enough training if any at all. I couldn't trust them to care for mum in my absence so had to sack them.

We received care for my mum from this service. We had previously had two other care providers! I have to say they were very helpful, friendly and professional. They made the whole experiance for my mum as comforting as possible, they treated mum with respect, dignity and supported us and her until she passed away in our own home. Georgiana the lady in the office is very professional when you speak to her she puts you at ease if you are worried and represent the company very well. Thanks

This place is so unprofessional its unbelievable. Geogiana the woman in the office, is absolutely so rude and doesnt know how to behave with new recruited. I dont think they will ever get a rating above. Needs improvement. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this woman towards potential employees.

My father was cared for using this service. We had been allocated to other carers before! These folks are honest, pleasant, and professional at what they do, and I have to say that. They made our father's experience as pleasant as possible; they treated him with dignity and respect, and they have continued to assist us and him to this day; and the management is excellent, particularly in terms of financial management. Georgiana, the office lady, is a consummate professional, and hearing her talk will leave you feeling content and reassured that she knows what she's doing. I wholeheartedly endorse this company.
