Its definitely one of the best places I have worked. The Company is very supportive towards their staff and encouraged them to develop themselves further educationally as well as career development. Not many companies offer these opportunities. If you work hard, your potential is noticed by senior management which is rewarding. Matt at head office is one of the nicest people you can come across, so whoever has posted the previous review about him has definitely got this wrong.

Sandycroft "nursing" home doesn't deserve even 1 star. I had to click something to enable me to publish this review. One of their staff members was a WHISTLEBLOWER and they wrote to social services with their concerns about the lack of care of my daughter and other residents. SO NO LIES. They leave residents shouting "help me, help me please", another resident had all her real gold jewellery stolen in there. The staff omitted my daughter's feeds on several occasions, ask my solicitor and social services and Blackpool Council. I would NOT put anyone I love in sandycroft EVER. If the person manages to get out (if they survive) (they even had a DNAR on my daughter, which was removed after social services and GP told them to. They sent ,my daughter home WITHOUT any medication, they should have sent her home with at least a couple of days supply, because they sent nothing 2 of the specials were not able to be got until the following day. AVOID sandycroft like the plague. ALL TRUE, ask Learning Disability Team social workers in Blackpool.
