I did the breadmaking class today, and made Challah (plaited Jewish bread, a bit like brioche...), date and walnut dinner rolls, soda bread and focaccia. The class was friendly, everything was explained and demonstrated really well, and all profits go to charity. It's a winner all round!

Had a brilliant time here on a Sunday course "La Cucina Vegetariana". We learnt some great Italian dishes that could easily be done at home with a mix of affordable ingredients and some that were worth spending a hit more on for quality. There were also some really useful tips to help us problem solve taste and textures in the given recipes, but information that is transferable to other recipes as well. It was the perfect balance of demos, tasting dishes and having a go ourselves, plus a good mix of different ages and abilities there. Thank-you!

Great time learning to make curry with Matt. Everything super clearly explained and easy to follow. Great way to spend a morning, plus you've already got dinner for the evening! Place itself is easy to find, with plenty of parking. Our group of 8 was small enough that it was easy to get help when you need it. All in all excellent, even if you've not much experience cooking.
