Awful service, they never kept us updated, we were always having to call them, and most of the time they never even called us back. We had to Exchange and complete on the same day, which they weren't even able to confirm was happening on the day. We were waiting around for hours to find out if we would be completing that day, we called them around 2pm, and they informed us we should have already been moved out! Even though they had not told us this, and that we had an hour to get out. Avoid at all costs, a very stressful experience

An absolute joke of a Conveyancer! Wont return calls or emails, wasted six months of our lives. Due to their complete incompetence we ended up loosing our first home. Avoid at all costs. I cannot understand how a company with this level of incompetency is recommended by Romans.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at manor Hall Law during our long and fairly protracted sale of our flat. The communication was timely, clear and understandable and the team kept us informed at all points during the process. Terri-Anne and Nicola were both efficient and friendly and we really could not have expected more. Indeed, they were very patient with our side of the protracted negotiations. No hesitation in recommending Manor Hall Law for conveyancing and would certainly choose them again in the future.

SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE TWICE Do not believe the rating. I bought my house through Romans Estate Agents and was advised to use Manor Hall, but even with no chain it took over three months and the communication was awful. My ex-wife has just used them recently and she has had an even worse experience. This company has a front line of junior staff who take the calls and block attempts to speak to the person dealing with your account. It is extremely hard to get any specific reason for the delays to your purchase but the excuses come all the time. I wouldn't use this company ever again even if you paid me. Possible the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. MY ADVICE - Find a good independent solicitor who will keep you a much better service (MUCH LESS STRESS THAT WAY)
