        Plenty of stock in there but the big Sikh lad behind the counter is proper rude, just slings a bag on the counter and walks off. Proper bad service. I can understand he doesnt like his job but he doesnt hide it very well.

        Extremely Bad Customer service from a certain male staff member. My friend witness yet again today how rude he is. Been there for years, why has he not been warned to change his Customer Service???

        They seem to have an aversion to help with bagging your goods. One particular man behind the counter simply throws a bag and then watches you struggle to put you goods in. I use a few Coop branches and this is the only one that does this. The manager ought to advise them about customer service. Watched me struggling while I held up the queue.Next time I go in I'm going to tell him as they need to use their intelligence. This is clearly a management failure

        Great place to shop . Staff always helpful, courteous and professional. Harry, a staff member , is hardworking, conscientious and extremely well mannered. Ensures customers are always satisfied with the visit. He's starting his career and will go a long way! Well done
