Never visited before, never will again. Dirty floors one member of staff came into cafe area, went behind counter with coat still on and started serving customers, never once washed his hands or put apron on over his clothes. Tables too close together with no room for parents with pushchairs to get through. Needs a rethink.

Went to the cafe yesterday for late breakfast. Got an Emmental,mushroom and truffle toastie, absolutely to die for! Gorgeous food, a little bit dear but its quality Lovely staff and its nice and clean too!

29.12.22 14:21 Waited 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Only 1 lady serving and then was too busy chatting to her colleague who was occupying himself with 4 teaspoons. Another server came and asked what I would like. Before I had even finished requesting a tuna toastie, she rudely cut me off and said if we have any they will be in the chiller I declined as I had been waiting long enough. She glared at me and proceeded to make my coffee with much slamming about. When she served it, she rudely threw the teaspoon onto the saucer. Tables were also untidy and rubbish on the floor. Very unsatisfactory service.
