        The security guard is very rude the staff are very rude they are disrespectful do not help you if you need anything I would not recommend this shop at all

        Been using this shop for over 35 years before sainsburys took over in the late 2000s , always a pleasure to shop here as Im on first name terms with almost every staff member but like every shopping experience it can take just one miserable face to ruin your whole day, mo is one of the most pleasant guys to deal with and always goes above his expectations to meet your requirements and greets you on arrival and says have a good day/evening, and the ladies who work there are always smiling and happy to help and have a chat, theres only one fellow that doesnt seem to smile at all in the 4 years Ive seen him working there and even serving you on the till its almost like you feel you shouldnt be there, if your going to work in this sector as I have myself before then you must know your number one priority is customer service overall, maybe a gentle reminder from his manager will suffice
