        Customer service has vastly improved since my bad experience. Have used their parcel service many times without issue so it would appear that they have fixed the service faults and learned from customer feedback.

        Went to pick up a parcel and pick up some bits but the staff member was rude, sarcastic and snappy. I won't be having anything delivered here again, and definitely won't be shopping here.
