        My son frequently used this store but never again. Every Asian guy that was working there after 1am 9.9.22 thought it would be hilarious to hide my sons bike. Its all he owns. They already knew his mental state and still they did it and laughed at him whilst he was freaking out. Sack the lot of them and hire new staff. Absolutely disgraceful.

        The guy who is always working the AM shift is always rude and arrogant! He will start your transaction then stop to talk to his friend about what he watched last night. He has no customer service at all. He doesnt give you change in your hands. Never says things like thank you or have a nice day. To be honest he doesnt communicate with customers unless its the price. He will see you queuing to pay and he will sigh as he slowly gets up because he has to put his phone down to serve in turn interrupting his movie. When staff are restocking shelves they block off the isle with rubbish so you cant shop the isle. The selection of products are great and the shop is open 24-7, but its pointless when the staff dont allow you to shop the isle. Dont expect any quality customer service from the staff at all. Rude and arrogant staff with no care for customers.
