Ontime construction leeds

Aihtsham has just completed our garage in to a habitable place, we needed more space and due to property prices we decided to convert and add more space. Very pleased and my husband now has a office downstairs and we knocked our living room wall and made larger room incorporating the new garage space. You wont find a builder with as much credentials and recognition locally! Highly recommended.

Ontime has just completed our adaptation grants works for a bedroom and wet room for Leeds City Council. The Extention got built in a matter of weeks and then the internals was around 7 weeks. Our neighbours kept saying they never seen such a quick job as in our street we have many jobs and no one has been as quick as Sham and his team. You could tell that Sham knows his stuff and not only was he and his team professional but also very polite and understanding with our son who has cerebral palsy and made sure disturbance was kept at a minimum. Thank you Sham!

After getting planning for our extension we picked Ontime Construction for our project. We was impressed with the knowledge and experience Aihtsham has, and after going to all his projects which they were working on we was very pleased. Tony and Mo have also been fantastic and we couldnt be happier. Definitely a good local builder and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

I had a load bearing wall taken down and replaced with steels, storage placed under our oak stairs, full bathroom renovation and wiring done. Sham and his team was responsive all the way through the renovation and easy to reach. Tony was very helpful overseeing the project and giving advise along the way. They was great and we are very happy.

We contacted Ontime construction for a quote, within 2 days Sham came and priced up our job whilst we waited! We was surprised as others came and we hadnt even got a quote back for 2 weeks! His price was within our budget and we now have a great Extention at the back fully completed and passed by Building control. Very professional and trustworthy team.
