Our instalation team finished yesterday and to say we are over the moon is an understatement. Vanessa was our project manager from the start and she responded to my emails swiftly for every enquiry and minor hiccup we had along the way. The design team are super, gave us options, their advice and guidance really helped and supported us get what we wanted. They were also pivotal in dealing with building control on our behalf. We could not have a traditional build dorma as our modern house does not have the required head height so the trus replacment system used by ecotrus allowed us a dorma to rectify our shortage of bedrooms. I was sceptical when I was given a 10 day window for installation of our dorma but they were indeed complete in 10 days! Damian was my point of contact throughout the installation period, his contact and support was very welcome and very good. Damian prevented a major hiccup as we had an issue with the scaffolder we had put in place so Damian used his contacts to gain scaffold, preventing delay in dorma installation. Adam and his team were fantastic installers. We had a different installer on day 1 and our electrician was given instruction which was later changed when he returned - the change in the team was possibly a contributing factor but it has been resolved with our electrician returning. Adam and his team are very hard working. From the time they arrive until they leave the end of the day they were grafting. Hand lifting the steels to the roof appeared impossible but they did this with ease from appearances. We lived at home throughout with 4 children, the team cleared up everyday, our home was respected and the team were always polite and pleasant. We have made our final payment and delighted that in this current crazy world - the payments were as quoted in the very begining. I would highly recommend ecotrus following our experience. The system appears fantastic, it has allowed us the space we needed when we had been told no so many times by traditional builders. Thanks to all the ecotrus team.

We have a great new space ! Our house had great loft conversion potential! We took 12 years to find the right solution, and courage to do it, but now it is finally done and it is great ! We saw Rob in the Roof youtube videos of the made to measure ecotruss system, which is an elegant affordable solution. Our job was big with c. 5m roof height and required additional preparation, but the eco-truss team were great and cut through the work. Damien, George, Dean and Danny were really skilled, hard working and a pleasure to have at the house. We had daily briefings of the work schedule and achievement. When there were issues we were consulted and involved in the decisions immediately. We worked from home throughout the process and daily life continued as usual. Yes, there was additional background noise but my colleagues on TEAMS said they could not hear it so not an issue. Now planning the fit out and super excited to start using our new space thanks to the team for making our dream a reality.
