Glenn and Rob are knowledgeable professionals who provided an excellent service from the begging to the end. The quality of the snagging report prepared by Rob was excellent, highlighting issues that didnt meet NHBC standards. They forwarded report to the builder company and used their experience and knowledge in supporting us (by sending chasing emails, attending to meetings), which helped us massively in achieving a satisfactory agreement with our builder about the issues.Through that process they responded every query almost instantly and kept informing us about every step beforehand with all necessary details.There is no doubt that without their assist we wouldnt be able to get these issues fixed. Overall, a totally satisfactory experience.Really a 10/10 service and we couldnt recommend more. Thank you very very much!!!
