ATR Properties

Second time using ATR, theyve just complete a rear extension for us after doing a loft conversion over 3 years ago. We wouldnt have gone back to them if they hadnt have done an amazing job on the loft. We are absolutely thrilled by our extension, every single person who came was polite, easy to talk to fantastic at what they were doing. Any question or worry got cleared up and Aaron was always available if we wanted to ask anything. Any problems that arose (barely any really) were dealt with quickly and without hesitation. I couldnt recommend ATR enough and have already recommended them to a few friends and family. Thanks so much to Aaron and every single guy who came to work on our extension, we absolutely love it!

After inviting three companies to our house for a loft conversion and main bathroom knock through, we chose ATR due to several reasons, but it was also the details of the quote and additional options for the extras that were provided within the quote that impressed us. We went with ATR and asked them to produce the drawings which were just easier and also Clifton Trade bathrooms which were brilliant and I would also highly recommend them (Whitehall Rd) - Reason for the recommendations for Cliftons is they have a very strong relationship together and we changed the shower tray to a larger one which wasnt a problem during the build, but would have been if bought online. There were other little changes which Paul and Ed at Cliftons helped resolve by dropping off the extra parts which I thought was beyond what I would have expected. Build from start to finish was like clockwork as ATR have teams that have a specific task and then move on to the next job. Gordy and Tony were first onsite who were great and all we needed to do was feed them chocolate biscuits and tea so they were happy as well as us. Have to mention a big shout out to Danny the project manager who was also very friendly and approachable and highlighted the stages of the build and things to think about before the next stage which really helped. Example was thinking at 3am that we needed an extra double socket in the small bedroom before the plasterers arrived that day and messaging Danny at 7:30am which then by 9:30am had a sparky insert the double socket before the plasterers arrived later that day. Everything from the plasterers, joiners and plumbers were very good, professional and approachable and it just felt right throughout the build. I did raise a few minor tweaks which Danny was more than happy to accommodate (small things like squeaks on stairs etc were promptly and swiftly resolved) ATR , Aaron and all his team were very friendly, professional and approachable and provided a fantastic service which has provided some much needed room for a family of five and would highly recommend their services.

ATR completed a loft conversion for us in October 2022. I have to say that we couldn't be happier with the end result. Anyone that has been round has commented on what a wonderful job they have done. The lads doing the work were professional and friendly and they all respected our property. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

ATR completed our loft conversion over the summer and I have to say the way that they conduct themselves from the initial quote stage to the construction and all the way through to picking up any snagging bits (which is inevitable) is an absolute credit to the building trade. We had people on site every single day, even on the hottest day of the year, the roofers turned up to put a shift in. They would be there at 8 everyday and would not leave until 4, after making sure that everything is sound before leaving for the night. We were abroad for a period of the build and the communication continued throughout, whilst still being respectful that we were on holiday. Thank you to Aaron, Danny and all of the lads! I would have no issues in recommending ATR to anyone. Saving a few quid on tea bags now though
