I came across Relentless Microcement (RM) while searching for a local microcement rendering service for a bathroom renovation. Richie talked me through the entire process and a ballpark cost for what I had in mind. I decided to do the training course and give it a go myself. I did the course and a few months later I placed my order for a 20m2 professional Wetroom kit. My order arrived quickly with all material and detailed instructions. I had to call a couple of times to clarify a few points, the team was happy to help. Before ordering the kit, I also bought some colour samples. Once I finished my project they were happy to take them back and refund me, that was appreciated. Overall my experience with the Relentless team was positive. The application itself was a bit challenging, however this is understandable. Like with any other craft, practice makes better. If I do this again (never say never) I would definitely adjust my approach based on what I learned by applying 4 coats of microcement to a total of 80m2 surface area (for example, I personally think that filling-in the tile grout is unnecessary and time consuming, the first coat of microdur base should level the tiled surfaces just fine).
